How to request a refund

If you are unhappy with your paid membership, we’re sorry to hear that.

As per our terms, you can contact us for a full refund.

We offer a 30 day grace period for all new signups.

Contact us by email within that 30 day period (no later), stipulate clearly that you request a refund (include your email and receipt number), and we will honor your refund request, no questions asked.

Note: Cancellation does not imply an automatic refund. You must specifically and clearly request it (requesting cancellation of your subscription does not mean refund unless you ask for it).

Allow adequate time for us to respond.

Credit or debit card refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account depending on your bank and location.

Refund requests beyond our 30 day grace period

Unfortunately, any members requesting a refund beyond the 30 day period will not be refunded under any circumstances.

This includes partial refunds for unused time.

Forgotten subscription payments

PLEASE NOTE: It is your responsibility to cancel recurring payments before any subsequent payments are made.

If you fail to cancel before a renewal, then we are unable to process your refund.
