As per our terms, you can contact us for a full refund.

We offer a 30 day grace period for all new signups.

Contact us by email within that 30 day period (no later), stipulate clearly that you request a refund, and we will honor your refund request.

Note: Cancellation does not imply an automatic refund. You must request it.

Refund requests beyond our 30 day grace period

Unfortunately, any members requesting a refund beyond the 30 day period will not be refunded.

This includes partial refunds for unused time.

Forgotten subscription payments

Please note: It is your responsibility to cancel recurring payments before any subsequent payments are made. If you fail to cancel before a renewal, then we are unable to process your refund.
