  • I want my account and all my data removed. How do I do that?
    First, if you're a paying member, you must cancel your recurring subscription. See here for details on how to do this. If you'd then like to have your data completely removed from our servers, you'll need to contact us by email or chat and provide your username.     100% safe. We don't actually have any access to your credit card information - it's handled by our payment processor, Stripe. They are industry leaders and have an impeccable reputation for security. As for passwords, we don't and cannot see them. They're encrypted. The only information available to us is your first and last name, and email address.
